Join us for Art + The Issues: Student Debt, an art exhibition inspired by issues of student debt and college affordability, featuring work by Andrew Kuo on Tuesday, Sept. 13. A conversation with Kuo and MTV News columnist Hanif Willis-Abdurraqib, Victoria Jackson of Policy Matters Ohio, and Stuart McIntyre of the Ohio Students Association will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include an exclusive video interview with Diplo. 934 Gallery will be open to the public from noon to 8 p.m. and admission is free.

Andrew Kuo is an American artist based in NY. Kuo is a painter and sculptor who has exhibited at museums around the world, as well as a culture contributor to The New York Times. He is also the man behind popular Instagram account Earl Boykins.

To further our mission of bringing relevant and engaging arts experiences to the Milo-Grogan neighborhood and the greater community of Columbus, 934 Gallery is hosting 934Fest, a benefit festival for the gallery’s continued operation.

Studio 934 | Painting Session with Bill Miller

Find your inner artistic flair at 934 Gallery as professional painter Bill Miller (resident of the Milo Arts artist community) instructs this small group painting session for the inaugural edition of Studio 934. You will create your own rendition of Bill's painting "Violet Sunset" (pictured) under his careful instruction while enjoying provided refreshments and winding down after the work day.

All supplies and materials are provided and you'll have your own masterpiece to take home and proudly display after the class. No experience necessary.

934 Gallery has on-site parking in the lot adjacent to the building. The high ceilings, brick walls and open environment of the gallery make the perfect setting for creating and enjoying art.

Arrive and get settled in at 6:30 pm and the painting session will begin promptly at 6:45 pm. The instruction will take place from 6:45 to 7:45 pm with a 15-minute break and then resume from 8:00 to 9:00 pm.
